This notice describes information handling on the GEX One website. Account opening, identity verification, money services and their data processing are governed by the relevant service provider’s privacy policy presented during onboarding.
Browsing the website
This website provides service information and guidance. It does not include account-opening, payment, identity-upload or transaction forms. Hosting and network services may process technical data such as IP address, device or browser information, request times and access logs when delivering the website.
Page interactions and cookies
These pages do not include advertising trackers, marketing pixels or third-party analytics scripts. FAQ searches and currency displays run in your browser and do not submit search contents to GEX One. Language selection uses links between Chinese and English pages. Any necessary cookies used by the hosting provider for access control or security are managed by that provider.
External links
When you follow an official download link to the App Store, Apple handles related browsing and download information under its privacy policy. Other external services apply their own privacy and service terms.
Personal information requests
For access, correction, deletion or account-closure requests relating to app account data, contact the relevant service provider through in-app support and complete any required identity checks. Some information may need to be retained for applicable legal, transaction-record or dispute-handling requirements.

This notice may be updated when website functionality or information handling changes. Website-related questions can be raised through in-app support.
